Clarity Cohort: 7 Weeks of Focus and Alignment
The Clarity track is a seven-week basic guided learning experience built around best practices for entrepreneurs at any stage. Participants meet in small cohorts of six, devoting one hour per week to high-impact sessions. Each week focuses on a different pillar of clarity — from financial clarity, understanding the basics and decision frameworks to goal alignment and leadership focus. The cohort model provides accountability, feedback, and shared learning in a curated peer environment that accelerates personal and professional growth. Note: You must be prepared to share online your financial statements

Clarity Session Format
This 7-week schedule will be structured according to the following guidelines, ensuring consistency, focused engagement, and maximum value for all participants.
Participants will identify and share their top three challenges and goals related to achieving clarity for informed decision-making. If time permits, everyone can articulate up to five issues, with the group aiming to address as many as possible during the sessions.
Throughout the scheduled sessions, group members will provide feedback drawn from their personal experiences. While the process follows a structured format to ensure meaningful takeaways for everyone, it remains flexible enough to address individual concerns. This balance of structure and adaptability helps participants gain targeted insights, overcome obstacles, and ultimately strengthen the foundations for sustainable business growth
Each participant is allocated 10 minutes to present their main challenges and goals to the group.
The group then provides targeted feedback, drawing on their varied business experiences to suggest actionable solutions. Stan Alhadeff contributes proven strategies and best practices from his 30+ years of international financial and operational leadership, including experience guiding companies through successful exits, turnarounds, and growth phases. This eliminates guesswork by grounding recommendations in real-world results and tested methodologies.
Clarity Session Structure/Agenda
Session 1: Time 1.5 hours
Introduction and setting the stage.
Each participant will have 10 minutes to present their concerns, frustrations, and goals to the group, ensuring everyone’s key issues are clearly heard and addressed.
Session 4-6: Time 1 hour per session
We will dedicate 20 minutes to discussing the key roadblocks identified by two participants per session, allowing for deeper exploration and targeted problem-solving for each challenge.
You’ll notice that similar issues arise across different industries, which gives you the opportunity to uncover challenges you may not have encountered before.
The goal is for you to gain new insights and learning at every session, ensuring continuous growth and actionable takeaways each time you participate.
Q & A (20 minutes each)
Session 7: Time 1 hour
Wrap up, open forum to address any concerns for you to move forward
Note: Any questions may be asked during the last part of each session. Only questions sent in advance will be considered.

In today’s AI-driven world, industry-specific metrics such as gross profit, net income, or EBITDA percentages are widely available, and benchmarks are no longer proprietary.
Sharing general financial ratios or performance metrics helps provide better insights—but do not disclose your sensitive information.
If you ever feel uncomfortable sharing details, please reach out directly. I’m happy to offer alternate ways to collaborate or provide guidance without exposing confidential information.
Clarity Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fee
All cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee to cover processing costs.
No Refund Once Class is Full
Once a class reaches full enrollment, or has started, no cancellations or refunds will be issued for any reason.
No-Show Policy
Participants who miss their scheduled session(s) will be considered no-shows and will forfeit those sessions. They may attend the next available session; however, no make-up sessions will be provided, and no refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Organization-Initiated Cancellations
If the class is canceled by the organizer, students will receive a full refund or option to transfer to a future session without penalty.
Resilience Subscription Information
General:
The original sign update will be the start date and will be renewed on the same date monthly / annually when registration occurred.
Any price adjustments will be effective on your next billing cycle, with at least 30 days’ notice.
No subscriptions are refundable.
No show is considered forfeited.
All rescheduled meetings must be made 48 hours in advance, and subject to availability.

Annual Subscription:
- The service operates on an annual basis, renewing automatically unless canceled 30 days before the next billing cycle.
- The original sign update will be the start date and will be renewed on the same day and monthly when billing occurs.
- Early termination or cancellation before the end of the 1-year term will result in the full remaining annual commitment becoming immediately due and payable. No refunds.
Monthly Subscription:
- Service begins on the date of the initial sign-up and is billed monthly on that date thereafter.
- The subscription is structured as a 12-month commitment, with monthly payments due on each renewal date.
- The agreement automatically renews annually unless canceled in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
- Early termination or cancellation before the end of the 1-year term will result in the full remaining annual commitment becoming immediately due and payable. No refunds.
